The aim of this shelter was to develop a range that would keep the best attributes of our Industrial model yet would be easier to handle due to its lighter weight.
The Material on these shelters are made of Polyester.
Please ensure that you fully dry your fabric before storing. Wet or even Damp fabric will allow Mould to grow which with rot your fabric.
These shelters are not designed to be left up for prolonged periods of time.
Polyester material will degrade gradually in the elements and may need to be replaced periodically**

Frame Specifications
The speedy set up of this instant pop up shelter is due to the clever frame design.
It's triangulated roof bar system gives increased strength and durability and it folds down for easy storage and transport.
The Commercial frame is made from heavy duty aluminium with nylon joints.
The frames are therefore lighter and more suited to Market Traders who may be unable to lift our Industrial range.

The lightweight nature could be an important reason for choosing this shelter. O'Meara Camping invite you to come and lift it.
The legs are made from 40mm hexagonal aluminium tubing with 1.5mm Gauge.
This frame is made of anodised aluminium and the whole structure can be extended to a maximum of 210cm head clearance.
Quick release pull pin fixing with 5 position adjustable legs with 7.5 cm (3") increments for easy erection and dismantling.
This type of quick release mechanism is on the legs of all our Pop up Shelters.
Minimum height from floor to valance of 180 cm (71") and maximum of 208 cm (82" = 6ft 8").
Minimum height from floor to peak of 307 cm (121" or 10' 2") and maximum of 338 cm (133" or 11' 1").
Reinforced Plastic joints and brackets with nut and bolt assembly system.
Crisscross or Rib bars are 28mm x 13mm x 1.5mm thick.
Angles are made of reinforced heavy duty nylon which is 6.0mm thick.
Packs down to approximately 155 cm x 30 cm x 28 cm (62" x 12" x 12") in carry bag (Boxed)
Large Feet with pegging holes on each leg.
The shelter is made from the same aluminium components as our top Industrial range.
The single frame unit is simple to set up with adjustable height legs and the roof section is self supporting.
Frame comes complete with peg bag consisting of pegs and guy ropes.
Material Specifications
The canopy is made of 380g per sq metre rip stop polyester which is PVC coated inside to ensure water proofing.
It is Fire retardant & Certified to BS 7837:1996 to comply with strict health and safety regulations.
Hot air taped and double stitched seams & UV stabilised and waterproof.
Canopy is fitted with eyelets on each corner for bolting it down to the framework with screws to hold canopy in place.(Usually in one of the pockets of the bag of the frame).
