All shelters need to be tied down properly on both soft and hard ground. Even the Industrial shelter and especially the side walls will be torn if the wind blows strongly.

Frame Repairs: O Meara Camping's policy with damaged frames, sold to market traders, is to repair free of charge when repairs are possible. When we can not repair the frame we will sell a frame on it's own at a special price and scrap the old frame.  
Frame Guarantee:
Due to the varied use, and different users, it is impossible to guarantee frames against damage while been used, opened or closed. You alone are responsible. Use carefully and sensibly.

Quick Pull Ring Releases the structure quickly for ease of erection and taking down. This type of quick release mechanism is on the legs of all our Swift Shelter Canopies.

First time user!

For first time users of Swift Shelters we advise having a demonstration in our shop.

Canopy is supplied off the frame and has to be put on when using.

Our advice is that new users open and close their shelters without the canopy until they are confident of using the frame.

Care must be taken when opening and closing or the frame can be damaged / broken.

Read above if you are unlucky enough to damage your frame.
